DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

The No More Bad Tenants Playbook Screening Kit, Bonus Content and Video Version are all digital products delivered instantly. All digital products are deemed "used" after download or opening. This means all sales are final.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, all sales are final. This unfortunately means we’re unable to offer refunds for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or mistaken purchases.
We understand that sometimes it can feel tricky to know if a product is right for you, so we strongly encourage you to carefully review the product description and details before completing your purchase to ensure it’s the right fit for you.
